OUR LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION

Most of our puppies are avalb. for adoption by 8wks, after they've had vet check, 1st shots and have been dewormed this is only for dogs that are not going to be shipped, but picked up or delivered by car. For puppies that are shipped and are standard size they can usually go @ 8 wks, are smaller breed puppies (4lbs and under as an adult) must wait till about 12 wks, we want them to have 2nd vet check and be a little bigger for the trip. If you would like to pick up your puppy we have homes in Las Vegas, NV and in Amarillo TX. If you live in Southern Ca we can arrange to meet or deliver the puppy. There are fee's for delivery they differ depending on driving or air delivery (we will work out the details and delivery fee's prior to the adoption of the puppy). Our fee's can change due to gas prices and air fee's @ time of the adoption (check out our link for info on airlines). We will also provide a 1yr guarantee (see are adoption agreement for info.)

ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEE'S

I have done my research on Yorkies and they can range in price from $700 to $10,000. Some breeders (puppy mills) that are breeding 1 1/2 lb fully grown dogs are asking for problems the dogs to have lots of health issues it is not a standard AKC Yorkie and none of the dogs you see that are that small are registered AKC. Those dogs have very short life spans and the breeders breed just to get super tiny puppies and more money not for the love of the dogs. Breeding smaller than standard dogs(tea-cups/toy) takes alot more attention and the puppies require more time with the mom. I do understand why breeder charge more for smaller dogs, but it is important to have background information on the dogs family tree, thats why it is important to adopt a puppy that is registered with a notible orginization not just a breeders club. First of all you should always research and make sure before you adopt a puppy that you can take care of it, they are a lot of responsibility and need lots of attention and love. You need to make sure you choose the size dog that is a fit with your family ( such as a really small dog might not be good with smaller kids they are fragile and can break their legs easily).

Our adoption fee's are depending on a few things size being the main factor and the dogs disposition we a resonable on our fee's. When it come to the our fee's, we will usually wait untill the puppy is at least 3 wks old. Generally our fee's are more for the smaller (tea-cup/toy) Yorkies, they just require alot more time and attention in raising them. We will make our fee's availible to you after we talk you via email or phone, we do not post them on the website, because we want serious potential Yorkie owners we like to get a feel for you. On puppies that are just born and are not ready to be adopted yet, we do request a $200 non refundable deposit to hold the puppy and the remainder fee is due before the puppy is ready to be delivered or picked up. On any available puppy posted on "Nursery Page" the fee is due in full up front and no payments arrangments are made. We want are puppies in loving homes so we will want to speak to you as to why you want to adopt a Yorkie and the type of home are babies are going to, their future life is very important to us. After the adoption we would love to have updates and pictures of our puppies with their new family we will also be here to answer any questions you have about raising your new Yorkie.
